• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping

• Free Shipping: Orders over $250 (USA only) qualify for free standard shipping.
• Shipping Rates: Orders under $250 are charged based on parcel weight and destination country.
• Handling Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.

• USA: 5 to 7 business days
• International: 7 to 12 business days
• We currently ship to Mexico, Canada, Japan, Colombia, and Belize.
